Bought a used truck here with new tires all set to a different pressure, none of the sensors reset for the new wheel locations, taillight bulb not working and they overfilled the oil when they "serviced different pressure, none of the sensors reset for the new wheel locations, taillight bulb not working and they overfilled the oil when they "serviced" it. Makes me wonder if they pencil whipped the 175 point vehicle inspection that they did before they put it up for sale. More

I went in looking for a new vehicle after a recent car accident I was in that totaled my previous car. I was now a month with out a car and never thought I would find something in my price range and relia accident I was in that totaled my previous car. We just so happened to drive by Shottenkirk and I thought why not, let’s see! We were immediately greeted by Travis in a warm and welcoming manner! I told him my budget and the features I wanted in a my newer vehicle, the main one being leather seats as I have 3 dogs! I ended up test driving a 2021 Chevy Equinox which I never thought I would like let alone fall in love with. I was worried as the price was out of my budget. Thinking it was to good to be true that I could own something that new at my age, Travis went above and beyond to work numbers to get it within my budget I was comfortable with as a young adult. Truly was an amazing salesperson and guy! Astrid was also amazing and knowledgeable talking to me as well, even referring me to Paige (insurance agent) so I could get a better auto insurance rate as well! With a few tears and lots of laughter later, I was able to take home my new 2021 Chevy Equinox that day. From start to finish, the process was super easy! I couldn’t be more grateful to be able to purchase a vehicle from Shottenkirk in Waukee! I would highly recommend this dealership at the Waukee location! Not to mention, they went above and beyond after I even purchased the vehicle! ☺️ More
