Great car buying experience! I did almost the entire purchase minus signing paperwork through text. Lance, my salesman, was patient, fast to respond to any and all questions, and I did almost the entire purchase minus signing paperwork through text. Lance, my salesman, was patient, fast to respond to any and all questions, and I left the dealership in less two hours with my new Kicks. The finance guy, worked for hours to get me the deal I wanted. I will use Nissan of Cookeville for my next vehicle purchase! Thank you to you both! More

Great car buying experience. Devin was super helpful and not pushy like most sales people. Everyone at the dealership was nice and willing to help. Since I left car business long time ago I always buy/lease my cars online or via phone. I am looking for a car to buy, simple deal, COD no financing needed. In early July 2024 I was browsing Nis buy/lease my cars online or via phone. I am looking for a car to buy, simple deal, COD no financing needed. In early July 2024 I was browsing Nissan of Cookeville website. I’m in Knoxville TN, about 95 miles from Cookeville TN Some Nissan dealers participate in Nissan’s BUY@HOME program and deliver for free (usually) within 100 mile radius. I had a few questions about a Nissan Frontier pickup truck so I wrote an email using the “contact us” tab on their website. I did not get any response so after about 10 days I called and asked to speak to someone who knows about Nissan trucks. I held different positions in car business long time (including sales) ago I know that most sales people have no clue about the cars they sell. The salesman Lance McNees was not very good at answering my simple questions like what’s ground clearance, bed length etc. He tried to search the internet without much luck. I already knew the answers, just wanted to see how much Nissan of Cookeville sales people know about product they sell. I asked him if they deliver new cars by flad bed like they post on their website (web site has a photo of new Nissan on flatbed) He said “we deliver but not on flat bed, we drive to your location” I told him that I was looking for a Nissan Frontier Pro-4X in particular colors with such and such equipment...... At the time of my phone call there was no car in colors and equipment I wanted. So I told him to let me know when the dealership gets a car with the equipment I was looking for. In the summer I spend a lot of time in the Smoky Mountains where there is no phone coverage but there is weak internet that allows me to email. So I gave him my email. Days later I browsed dealer’s website ,they received fresh allocation. there was a truck in color and equipment I wanted. MSRP about $48K. I emailed dealership again this time using link attached to exact car I needeed info on. No response........ I wanted to buy a new car by the end of August, so on August 27th at 6:30 pm I called the dealership's sales department. Woman answered the phone, she did not introduce herself. I said I wanted to talk to the new car sales manager. The woman asked for what purpose. I replied that I ‘m interested innew car they have in stock and that I contacted the salesman some time ago but I had no luck, so I wanted to talk to the manager. The woman asked me for my first name so I gave it to her. A few seconds later she asked me for my first name again. I told her that I had just told her my name and gave it to her again. Then she asked for my last name. It was obvious that she did not want to connect me to the sales manager. (remember I said befor that she did not introduce herself to me – savoir vivre is almost unheard of in entry level car business anyway) So I asked her if when a customer goes to e.g. Home Depot to look at $10K lawn mowing tractors they are also asked for their last name? At that point the woman hung up. Not very professional but I don’t expect much from low level employees in any field. About a minute later someone calls my phone . I picked up and heard a loud male voice, the man pretends to have called a latino restaurant and places an order with fake latin accent shouting very quickly that it is difficult to understand. I immediately guessed it was a prank call and hung up. I checked the number he was calling from and it turned out that the number belongs to Nissan of Cookeville Internet Sales Consultant Issac Hartman. As I’ve said before ...I don't expect much from entry level sales people in any field, car sales especially The dealer principal should be informed about such behavior, unfortunately I do not have his email or phone number as of yet. Only 4 days until the end of the month and I have to buy a car so I have to look at different dealerships. More

Very easy to deal with, very good pricing, I drove over 400 mile to buy from them after talking with there online salesman. Enjoyed but the truck. Went there to buy a truck I seen online but found another 400 mile to buy from them after talking with there online salesman. Enjoyed but the truck. Went there to buy a truck I seen online but found another one that I liked better, they had the most trucks of any dealer I had been at. More

We found the exact car online that we were looking for at this dealership. Even though 3 hours away from our home, & first time customers, treated us like "regulars". Information about the car was exactly this dealership. Even though 3 hours away from our home, & first time customers, treated us like "regulars". Closed the deal to everyone's satisfaction within a few days, in spite of the geographical distance. More
