I don't even know where to begin I have been searching for over 6 months and I found it called and spoke to Wesley he was incredibly reassuring and kind and told me the 2017 model S 75D was in stock so we for over 6 months and I found it called and spoke to Wesley he was incredibly reassuring and kind and told me the 2017 model S 75D was in stock so we went back and forth n the price I was willing to pay cash but Wesley convinced me to finance to receive an additional $300 off we settled on a price and believe it or not this is where the nightmare began i signed 3 different contracts digitally and was told I needed a liquid signature and they would be sending me more paperwork to print off and overnight to them I agreed and then waiting for over 4 hours I had enough and I called.... system updates.... it will be to you within an hour.... 2 more hours post office is getting ready to close so I call again here's a qr code to scan and you can sign this way Wesley assuring me he would be in contact updating me waited and waited for an update so called back the next day Wesley is not in today but the gentleman that did the research to find out what was going on was super friendly honestly the only reason I clicked on recommended this dealership and gave the dealership a higher rating but enough about that I find on Monday that it has finally been listed to be shipped and would be picked up Wednesday and delivered Thursday..... today I get pictures of said car getting ready to be shipped and to my surprise its a diffrent car white interior... this wasn't the car I ordered and guess what ?? The right car just sold yesterday called Wesley immediately and told him it wasn't right that this was bait and switch.... his response.... "if that's what you say I did then I take full responsibility" im giving Wesley 21 hours to make this right he is well aware but still has the no care attitude and even laughed at me the last time I told him I would give him one last chance to go above and beyond to make it right.... I mean they already have my money its all paid for plus im a man that believes in second chances and everyone else there has been super nice and respectful but this is the worst salesmanship I have seen in my 20+ years as a retail manager the biggest slap in the face the correct vehicle is still listed for sale on multiple sites More

Very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. Wasn't just trying to make a profit, he really tied our driving needs to the performance of each vehicle we were interested in.
