Very little communication during this time despite my frequent inquiries. Sold me an electric vehicle but it arrived with no charging cord. This is my 6th electric vehicle purchase and the first time I've not received a charging cord. I wish they would have mentioned it would not come with a charging cord so I could have arranged to purchase one during the 18 days I was awaiting arrival of the car. As of now my Tesla sits in my garage while I await the arrival of the charge cord I ordered online. I sure wish I could drive it... More
