Too long of a wait Everyone there is always great. Lance, the service manager is super! Great guy! Pleasant, friendly and seem to generally want to help you but it Everyone there is always great. Lance, the service manager is super! Great guy! Pleasant, friendly and seem to generally want to help you but it always takes forever. They always apologize for the delay but still. I had an 8:00am appointment, first thing so I could get in an out, for an oil change and tire rotation. At 10, I went to the service desk to see what was taking so long and they were just finishing up. 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation? Really? Also, the service area waiting room was freezing! Had to keep my coat on and zippered! I know it was cold out but still! How about some heat in there for loyal customers! The sales floor was nice and toasty! More

6:15PM finally able to pick up car I dropped my Jeep Patriot off on Thursday afternoon for a Friday appointment to have the oil changed and 4 new tires put on. I called around 3:30 on I dropped my Jeep Patriot off on Thursday afternoon for a Friday appointment to have the oil changed and 4 new tires put on. I called around 3:30 on Friday to see if I could pick it up and was told they were finishing up and would call me as soon as they were done. I called again at 4:40 and was told again they were finishing up and I would get a call as soon as it was "wheels down". At 5:50 I got a call that it would be done in 20 or 30 minutes and I could pick it up then and the cashier would be there until 8. I think 10 1/2 hours for routine service it totally unacceptable and caused me great inconvenience. More
