Hello Paul, Thank you for your feedback, we do appreciate you as a customer and wish there was more we could do with this situation. Regarding the price change of the Telluride, the order was taken in April and at that time the price was subject to the active programs/incentives. Incentives can only be applied to deals that are closed within the time frame which they are active. Unfortunately the programs got less aggressive by July which impacted the rebates being applied and raised the price of the vehicle. We do apologize for this inconvenience however we are not informed a head of time about changes to the programs. I would also just like to address your comment about the Telluride being sold within an hour. As you mentioned, you were originally given an expected delivery date around the end of August. A mistake was made by us and the vehicle that came in early was almost identical to the one you had ordered, just with a different interior color. So while it is true that Telluride was sold later that day, it was not sold from underneath you or done maliciously in any way, it was in fact another customers vehicle. We recognize that explaining these unfortunate events does little to make the situation better but we wanted to add some clarity to the matter.
