My daughter and I had to buy a car for her and we THOUGHT the folks at this dealership were treating us with respect and transparency but the minute we drove the car home we were basically ignored. The salesman never responded to my emails, the one manager could never be reached, always went to voicemail and of course no return call. The maintenance light came on as soon as we got the car home. Turns out it needed an oil change with only 15% oil life left. The car had no floor mats at all , not even cheap ones, it had a paper sticker in the car that described the certified used car warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles after original warranty yet they told my 25 year daughter it didn’t come with anything past the original warranty (with exemption of the power train). Yet there was the paper in the car. Talk about feeling taken advantage of. To this day no one has returned my email with questions about the above. I even called the salesman on his cell phone asking him to please answer my emailed questions/concerns. It’s not ok when they won’t answer you in an email, that’s a red flag. The temporary tags had expired so we called to see if the plates had come in and were told they weren’t but they’d overnight us new temporary tags in the interim. No tags were sent and once again had to call days later to inquire. Finally another manager found that the plates were in fact sitting there and he was kind enough to have them driven to our house. It didn’t however make up for the lack of common decency/respect we should have been treated with on the other issues. Women should not be taken advantage of when making a car purchase without a man present. VERY disappointed to say the least. More
