They messed up on the paperwork sent to finance and never took responsibility for puttting my wife’s 2019 equinox as the trade when all the paperwork was clear that I was trading in a 2016 Ram. The paperwork I signed had the Ram but somehow they pulled the equinox and put it on the paperwork sent out to the bank. The inquiries impacted my credit score. I brought back their truck and traded mine at another dealer. I will not do any business with them anymore. More
