Imperial is THE best dealership I've ever worked with We got an automotive upgrade. We didn't have the money, but we also couldn't go through another winter unable to get up our own driveway. It turns out that paying out weekly saves about 14 months on a 5 year contract. We couldn't get a brand new car -- way above our pay grade, but it's a 2012 Jeep Patriot and it's just what we need. Not fancy, but it has 4WD when needed, gets respectable mileage otherwise. --- About Imperial's dealership in Mendon, MA. They are better than good. They're great. Not only do they have the MOST entertaining dealership anywhere -- it's like a museum with incredibly cool vintage car and pop culture stuff -- but they have amazing service. --- Andy found the right car, Karyn worked out the financing, AND they delivered the car to our house and took the old car away. All in a single afternoon. BIG thanks to Karyn and Andy who worked so hard to make sure we got ourselves into a vehicle we could almost afford -- and made the experience fun.
