Very dishonest and unprofessional. We check on the availability of a car and was advised by the sale associate that the car was available. My daughter an I drove almost one hour and I missed a meeting to drive to purchase the car. We said that we wanted to make the purchase and started the paperwork. The associate step away and came back to say that the car was no longer available. There was another couple who showed up after us and I noticed that the vehicle was being driven away by them. The sale associate act surprised and tried to apologize. I asked to speak to one of the manager who stated that someone had put a down payment on the car on Friday. He would never say that was the person who put the down payment on the vehicle. He would only say that he was sorry while smiling. More

They lie about trade in values. Severely lower than it should be. Unfortunately I was in a pinch and since they completely lied and wasted my time had to trade in here. Amber told me she could beat offers coming in at 29000 for my traverse, then I went in and they could barely off me 26000 without me complaining about it. Don't waste your time with these scammers. It's been 3 weeks and after " buying" my vehicle, GM financial still has received ZERO payment from them. Absolute crooks. More

Purchased used 2018 Ford Max on 3/10/2023. Took delivery on 3/24/2023. Remarked that I smell antifreeze, was told it could be residual from repairs that were done. On 3/20 we returned the veh Took delivery on 3/24/2023. Remarked that I smell antifreeze, was told it could be residual from repairs that were done. On 3/20 we returned the vehicle to the dealership for leakes and and antifreeze smell. They looked for AC leaks not antifreeze leaks. We clarified that it was infact antifreeze they should be looking for. They stated no leaks found. They told my wife that the leaking was condensation from the AC and we would have that with the Max. We then went back to the dealership and spoke with another individual who was in management and he said he would get to the bottom of the issue. On Friday 3/17 we picked the vehicle back up and were told no leaks were found. We took it home and I spent about 10 minutes with a flashlight and located the leak and the loose bolt that were part of the issue. I corrected the issue and notified them with photos. We took the vehicle to Corpus Christi and on the way back south east of San Antonio it started acting like it was going to die and was very sluggish. We got it home and I notified the dealership on a group chat that the leak was fixed and told them the new issue. We currently have more issue with the vehicle and I understand we bought used as is but this is unacceptable. The vehicle supposedly went through a rigorous inspection prior to becoming an certified used car for Covert. The current issue appears to be the Cam Phasers going out which Ford is very aware of. Why was this issue passed on to the consumer and not corrected prior to delivery of the vehicle. Not a fan at this time. GRR More

I am very pleased and excited about my new-to-me Jaguar XFR. As soon as this car hit the lot we were contacted by Joseph Russell. He knew we may be very interested since we had previously owned a Jaguar. H XFR. As soon as this car hit the lot we were contacted by Joseph Russell. He knew we may be very interested since we had previously owned a Jaguar. He did thorough research and made sure it passed inspection to the highest level. He worked with us in every aspect of buying a car from the test drive, financing, and closing the deal with us. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The staff at the dealership were also very welcoming and professional. We are very satisfied customers. Thank you, Joseph! More

Sales and management are nothing but liars. ****AMENDED REVIEW**** They sold me-a disabled veteran with mobility issues, a truck with a bad engine. Sales rep hid the signs of this issue until the paperwork was done. I called him 10 minutes after I left and tried every day to reach him or the sales manager but no calls have ever been returned for the last 60 days. **** Worked with Lad, who took the truck back and sent it through service, they had to replace several engine components, and we're still a test away from knowing its 100%, but they took care of it and did not charge me! It took a bit but it was worth the wait,and they gave me a loaner while they worked on my truck. The mechanics were not careful... there's a lot of grease prints all over my light beige interior and both my LTZ 4X4 decals on the sides of the bed are scratched, as are the doors, but that is a separate issue. So, I would not recommend David assumes rep because he is 100% a liar,but the finance rep Lin was awesome, and once I got a call through to Lorenzo, he and Lad took great care of me, as did Trey from the Ford side when they were not in the office. More

Completely dishonest with no integrity. Mgmt allowed it and then lied to my face with several BS excuses. You are not a customer you are just a transaction here. -I test drove a used truck and agreed to p and then lied to my face with several BS excuses. You are not a customer you are just a transaction here. -I test drove a used truck and agreed to pay full price. My husband was at work so I was submitting an application by myself. I have excellent credit, by the way. -While I was filling out the paperwork; my salesperson received a phone call. It was another salesperson looking for the keys to the truck to show someone. -She said, "I have a customer filling out paperwork to buy it right now, that would be rude". I heard the phone call. -I finished filling out the application (my first time buying so maybe a little slow) and then I was waiting for the next steps. I signed a paper stating the truck would be cleaned and the tank would be at least half full. -7 mutes later, Evan comes in (not my salesperson) and says, "I'm sorry, we sold the truck (The truck was literally sold out from under myself and my salesperson). -My salesperson came back in the room and apologized, saying she was terribly embarrassed. -It was a backdoor sales transaction rushed through knowing I was buying the truck. -The other buyer had not seen the truck and had not driven it either. -Do you think management cares? Of course not, they sold a truck!! The entire organization has No Integrity, No Leadership, and the Worst Team More
