I want to give a big shout out to Joshua Pearsons and Hunter Thomas Smith. I did not have a great interaction with the manager LJ (the only reason that toyota gets 4 stars instead of 5). That stopped ri Hunter Thomas Smith. I did not have a great interaction with the manager LJ (the only reason that toyota gets 4 stars instead of 5). That stopped right there though. When we bought our 2018 Ford escape we soon realized we had a problem, after talking to Mr Parsons it was taken care of. It did take a while but it was also during the the national cyber attack which affected the dealerships systems. We were given a rental car so it was no big deal. The day of getting the car back that evening my wife informed me about a squealing noise, over the weekend I was able to identify it as a grinding noise and that Monday I talked to Hunter who had me bring it into the dealership, listened to my problem, dealt with the problem, and returned the car back to me in a timely manner. LJ seemed to try and intimidate my wife and I and didn't seem friendly however, Mr. Parsons, and Mr Smith were more than professional and cordial and absolutely have gone above and beyond to ensure more than 5 star customer service. I do recommend anyone to Mr. Parsons and Mr Hunter smiths for any kind of service through hall toyota. Very big thank you to the both of them and the best of luck. More

Ryan was very professional, courteous and easy to work with. He knew what we were looking to buy and trade in and did not try to sell us anything else!!! We felt he just wanted to help us get into the veh with. He knew what we were looking to buy and trade in and did not try to sell us anything else!!! We felt he just wanted to help us get into the vehicle we were looking for and in the payment range. They were able to make it happen, and we left with a 2025 Toyota Tacoma SR5 for my son. Purchased a 2020 Jeep Gladiator from Hall last year. Recently brought it into another Hall dealership in VB for some routine maintenance and found out it needed some major repairs to the aftermarket sus Recently brought it into another Hall dealership in VB for some routine maintenance and found out it needed some major repairs to the aftermarket suspension. After finding out that the repairs were not covered in the aftermarket warranty as I believed they were I reached out to Hall EC to discuss my frustrations. My call was answered by their GM Kris Bradshaw. He informed me that aftermarket lifts and suspensions were not covered, but he would look further into the situation for me since I firmly believed everything was covered. Within in a short time Kris called me back to let me know he had reached out to his regional manager and after looking into the matter assured me all repairs would be covered. I can't say enough about how through all of this I really felt like someone cared. Thank you, Hall Toyota and Kris Bradshaw. You've made a customer for life! More
