If I could give this dealership a zero, I would. Easily. I got a pre owned Toyota RAV4. They wouldn’t budge on lowering the price $500 dollars. Sat for 6 hours in the dealership, signing papers and Easily. I got a pre owned Toyota RAV4. They wouldn’t budge on lowering the price $500 dollars. Sat for 6 hours in the dealership, signing papers and waiting for finance to get it together. Thought the whole ordeal Was done and I finally got a the reliable vehicle I wanted. Then the next day I have a warning on my screen saying to visit my dealer. I do and they take it off. No work necessary. Ok now I finally have my perfect car. Then not 2 weeks later, my breaks are squeaking and my car is jerking when I stop. Next day the engine light comes on. So now I set and appointment. They call me and cancel it. I rescheduled it and then show up today. I wait 20 minutes to even be greeted. They see my car is a Toyota and tell me they can’t work on it at that dealership since it’s Honda. So I just left work early to wait and be told I’m not getting my car fixed today. Why let me make the appointment if you can’t service a Toyota? Anyways. Ready for this to be over and hopefully it’s all dice before my warranty is over. NEVER buy a car from here. NEVER DO IT! More
