He respected my needs and my situation all while being incredibly personable. We ended up purchasing an Accord and Kevin kept us informed while we waited for the finance department to wrap up with someone else. He shot the breeze with us and answered all of my questions (even questions I asked over and over again because I have a terrible memory!).
