The staff was friendly, but my experience was less than ideal. They insisted on a $190 diagnostic fee even though I only wanted a part replaced. Additionally, they suggested leaving my vehicle over the wee ideal. They insisted on a $190 diagnostic fee even though I only wanted a part replaced. Additionally, they suggested leaving my vehicle over the weekend to do additional services despite knowing I planned to wait on-site. They also charged $60 for wiper blades and offered additional services that would take 2-3 more hours. While I understand the need to upsell, it felt inappropriate in this context. More
