This is our second Toyota from Findlay Toyota and both experiences have been excellent. Brandon Peterson answered all of my questions and educated me on all the 4 runner models and had me test drive both experiences have been excellent. The process was easy and I loved looking at the progress of my build every single day on line. Most of our biggest lifetime purchases have been made with persons that made the experience special and Brandon provided that same experience with my 4 runner. This experience just made imy purchase more memorable and meaningful. Also , Dimitri from finance also worked with us and added to the wonderful experience! Now we have our third Toyota for Kylar, in maintenance, to provide his excellent care on our vehicles for us! Your people just rock it! Thankyou so much!!! More

The initial repair to our Highlander resulted in a leak and a second trip to our local Toyota dealer in Kennewick which was taken care of under warranty. When I noticed the skid plate was missing, Nathan p and a second trip to our local Toyota dealer in Kennewick which was taken care of under warranty.
