Very Disrespectful. .... I bought a new Chevrolet Silverado in 2020 and I was sold on the idea of their "Lifetime Warranty", Likewise I bought a 2018 Chevrolet shortly af .... I bought a new Chevrolet Silverado in 2020 and I was sold on the idea of their "Lifetime Warranty", Likewise I bought a 2018 Chevrolet shortly after. I have brought my vehicles to the dealership to have them serviced and I had a problem about a year ago when they had service technicians so inexperienced they wouldn't allow them enough air pressure to rotate my tires so my vehicle didn't receive the rotation. I complained and the manager gave me a oil change and tire rotation. Along with the "Lifetime Warranty" we have on both vehicles, I purchased a bumper to bumper extended warranty through route 66 and about a year ago I had the radio screen replaced in the 2018 Malibu with a New One from the dealership. I called the dealership about 2 weeks ago now and spoke with a man in service and I asked him to check with my extended warranty about my tire monitoring system on my 2020 Silverado and I have a message on my dash that it needs serviced and I also told him the New Screen they put in the 2018 Malibu is malfunctioning and it the screen only displays half. The Service Employee told me he would make the calls about the extended warranty (Route 66) for my tire monitoring coverage and he would look into the New Screen for the 2018 Malibu and he would call me back by the end of day. So I was not called back so I waited another day and called him back.. Oh he explained "we got really busy, I will do it and get back to you today" well over two weeks have gone by and I drive my vehicle with warnings on the tire monitoring system and my wife drives with half of a screen display for the radio that should at least be warrantied through GM.. I even left voice messages 3 or 4 times stating I need assistance.. But I guess since I spent nearly 80K in 2020.. We are just old news and deserve to be ignored. I was seriously considering upgrading to a Chevrolet Silverado 2500 and maybe a Camero for my wide in the spring of 2025.. But It wont be with Champion Chevrolet of Avon... I cannot believe they treat their loyal customers like we have been treated... Buyer Beware... More

I purchased a 2019 Corvette Grand Sport earlier this summer that only had 12,416 miles on it. The car looks new inside and out. Obviously Corvette's previous owner took immaculate care of it. The car is very original, even had the original 2019 battery. I asked the service department guys at Champion Chevrolet of Avon if they could replace the battery. Corvette batteries for C7 Corvettes are located in the trunk and require a special vented battery. Good news, they had the Corvette battery in stock, and it was on sale. The price of the battery and installation was very reasonable. While I was there for the replacement battery I also had them change the oil using the Mobil One Synthetic oil. I was very satisfied with their work. My Corvette is looking forward to her next visit. More

Slight alignment problem with a new Chevrolet Colorado. Issue was addressed by technician and then by the service manager. Problem solved via alignment and feature education. This is the first time I’ve gone to this dealership for servicing to my 2019 Chevy equinox. They did a wonderful job, they were quick and efficient, and had excellent customer service.
