Excellent experience with one exception. Kyle Tompkins was very helpful. The assistance with updating our car insurance was greatly appreciated and our visit with Matthew in the finance offi Kyle Tompkins was very helpful. But on the model we looked at, the Gainesville Nissan website showed that there was a $5,000 special discount off the MSRP and this was not honored, so we ended up paying $5,000 more than we expected to. Terrible service department. They have the attitude that they don't need to communicate with their customers. Happens every time I take my car in for service. Not once has someone called to give me an update. I've had to call, and on three occasions, they said they would check on my car and call back. Nope. My issue is not with how long they've had the car; it's the lack of communication with the customer. More
