I have bought 3 cars from Mark Mazda over the past 3 years. They are an excellent dealer for sales. I have found their service department also very good, There have been few service needs beyond the gen years. They are an excellent dealer for sales. I have found their service department also very good, There have been few service needs beyond the general maintenance every 5,000 miles but I am always pleased with the treatment and personnel in service area. I would recommend this dealer. More

UPDATE: It has been weeks and I am still battling with Mark Mazda and filed a complaint with the BBB because there was no other way to get Mark Mazda to respond or take action. They finally sent a check - Mark Mazda and filed a complaint with the BBB because there was no other way to get Mark Mazda to respond or take action. They finally sent a check -- and it was for the wrong amount, with the wrong name, to the wrong address. The check was also backdated by over a week compared to the postmark and each of the cancellations was filed for a different date as well. They are clearly unwilling to do the right thing and have bad intentions when it comes to properly communicating or refunding coverages that they sell. Do not do business with them -- they are not doing business with good intentions. ----- I have been trying to get in touch with the finance department for 5 days with no luck. Nobody answers when I call and there's no way to leave a message. It took me multiple days to get my sales agent from 6 months ago to give me an email address for the finance department. I was given the email for the head of the finance department and I have emailed him 2x with no response. I also filled out the contact form on the website 2x and I filled out the form to request the cancellation of my gap and other insurance coverages. I sold my car and I am trying to initiate the refund of the amount I am due for the remaining coverages (this is a legal obligation on Mark Mazda's part). So far Mark Mazda has been impossible to communicate with on this matter so I have no choice but to escalate the issue to get my money back More

Great guys over there before and after your purchase. I had an issue a month after purchasing a used car and the took immediate action and resolved it. That’s the stuff I look for in a dealership. Absolutely awful. Kyle in finance lied multiple times. We provided an authorization code for the bank we wanted our loan through, he chose a different bank. Horrible communication, zero customer service skills, rude, and over all doesn’t give a crap about his customers. Danielle seemed nice at first but I could tell her personality was fake and she was going to try to pull a fast one. Sure enough, she did. We asked twice if the price was the final price after tax/fees etc. she said yes that’s the total. Then we went over other things (assuming the tint warranty etc was included in that price) and nope, all that was extra coast and was NEVER mentioned. Thankfully we caught on to it and denied it all. The process took over 6 hours. We had our 1 year old with us as well. We knew exactly what car we wanted when we got there (had an appointment and everything). There was no reason for it to take that long. I will leave a review on every single website/page I can find. Horrible people, shame on them. More
