Thank you for amazing service and support from Findlay Toyota! The service department was closed when I pulled into the service bay with my damaged Toyota ChR from an accident I was in trying to avoid hi Toyota! The service department was closed when I pulled into the service bay with my damaged Toyota ChR from an accident I was in trying to avoid hitting a cat! But the gentlemen in the area could see how upset I was and directed me what I needed to do. I left my car as they explained. The next day Kyle Rogers called me to let me know I did extensive damage to both my drivers side wheels, rims, etc. I explained to him that I would be paying for the repairs myself since my insurance company made a mistake and only gave me lie ability coverage not the full coverage that I had for 40plus years! He estimated the cost to be around $4000! Of course I needed to have my car repaired so I went ahead with the estimate. I checked around for car rentals because Kyle said it would be $45.00 a car for rental. Kyle called me back within 30 minutes explaining the car rental would be suspended and I would just have to pay to refill the gas tank (which of course I did, plus I cleaned the car making it nice for the next persons usage). Kyle said I would need to come sign papers and get the car rental, we agreed in a time and I had my sister drive me up to the dealership (Kyle did offer a ride from the dealership, but I refused this way I could have a coffee with my sister). Throughout the next four days Kyle would call me on updated with my vehicle and other recommendations that were also needed. I want to say Kyle went over and above with his service and kindness!! I told him his mother would be so proud of him! As a mother myself I would have been so proud of my son helping an old lady as much as Kyle helped me. Because of Kyle I will return for regular maintenance and car needs for my CHR, and have even talked about adding another vehicle in the next two years! Thank you to all the mechanics who work on my vehicle it ran so smoothly on my way home! I was going to originally purchase new tires in February (I have been putting it off for one year) but thrilled with my new tires (again Kyle suggested these tires). Thanks to the mechanics they were balanced perfectly! I am so grateful to everyone who helped me in my time of need with my 2018 Toyota CHR! Kyle Rogers was Excelsior! “Upward and onward to greater glory” hope he gets to see this. Kyle went above and beyond. His service was a cut above the norm. My only complaint “Upward and onward to greater glory” hope he gets to see this. Kyle went above and beyond. His service was a cut above the norm. My only complaint is against the sales department. My car, according to signs around the dealership is in high demand, even more so because it has less than 22k miles, and perfect maintenance care. I had not been in the dealership 10 minutes, before I got an extremely low offer for my car via text. The funny thing is the person named Carlos preferred to text than walk over 15 feet to talk to me directly. I know this because I could see him look at his phone during the interaction. I politely declined his offer, informed him that I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership and told him his offer was low. I realize that loyalty means very little these days whether be employers to employees or customers to vendors or this case to a dealership. I only come back to this dealership is because I get great service from the service department. Unlike the morning staff in sales and purchasing. For that reason, I do not think I could purchase another vehicle from this dealership More
