I am very disappointed in the $175 dollars I basically wasted. I explained in detail what happened to my EVAP system, the canister is brand new OEM from Toyota. Even if the hose with the red clip has zip wasted. I explained in detail what happened to my EVAP system, the canister is brand new OEM from Toyota. Even if the hose with the red clip has zip ties, if the canister failed as the tech says, why doesn't it show in the codes as it used to before? How can the tech determine that it failed in the first place? What evidence are there to sustain this claim? For now it sounds like speculation, and I also do not understand how the current codes were not addressed. I would like to give Kyle Rogers 5 stars for his service, however the tech side, none.
