I liked Kyle, who was very knowledgeable about our car of interest, pleasant and helpful. He helped us with viewing the car and making a purchase. The only drawback was that, on a Saturday, he was apparently interest, pleasant and helpful. He helped us with viewing the car and making a purchase. The only drawback was that, on a Saturday, he was apparently very busy, trying to sell cars to two other customers at the same time. It was like a whirlwind seeing him run back and forth between customers, but he nevertheless seemed pretty good at minimizing confusion between clients. As for the dealership, I had warned a day earlier that I was coming to examine the KIA Niro PHEV. They did not take the trouble to see that the car's battery was charged (it barely had a charge). Second, I asked that the tires be properly inflated for my 100 mile drive home after the purchase. They inflated to only 31-32 psi, where the car actually needs 36 psi. More
