While the sales people are helpful and knowledgeable, management is pushy and sometimes overbearing. I came to the dealership with pre-approved financing from my Credit Union only to be pressured to get management is pushy and sometimes overbearing. I came to the dealership with pre-approved financing from my Credit Union only to be pressured to get financing through the dealership from a sales manager. This was further exacerbated by the attempt of the dealership to include a $1,000 "Non-Finance Fee" for not financing through them. I protested with suggestions of legal action and this punitive fee was removed but it has soured me on doing business with this dealership in the future. I also was not given a registration to go along with transferring my tag from my old car that was totaled in an accident only to be told it was not accessible to be printed and I was not given a temp tag that evening and was told I was legal to drive with my tag on the car. Turns out I wasn't. I had to get the DMV involved to get me a temporary tag and was informed that this is an ongoing problem with the Morgan Auto Group dealerships. It is an issue with their third party vendor which they recently began doing business with. I believe the root of the problem here is the Morgan Auto Group. This is a large corporation that has bought up dealerships only to lose the personal touch that the hometown owners gave customers. Additionally, as I brought my own financing in, this process should have only taken a fraction of the time to complete. My next vehicle purchase will be with any dealership NOT associated with Morgan Auto Group. I would like to add that this is not a reflection on this dealership's service department. I would rate the service department with 10 stars if that was available. They are the best in the business and I will not hesitate to have my new Honda Accord serviced here. I even bring my wife's 2022 Nissan Sentra to them for service not related to warranty work. More
