This is the second time Kyle Lampp has assisted me when I brought my car in to be serviced and on both occasions, he was professional, courteous, attentive, and thoughtful. Even with the small things such as brought my car in to be serviced and on both occasions, he was professional, courteous, attentive, and thoughtful. Even with the small things such as my car being washed when I asked for it not to wash, he had an attendant get a couple of dying cloths to wipe the car down. I know this may not mean much to some but I had spent two hours the day before washing and cleaning my car so it was a big deal to me and Kyle understood that. What makes Kyle Lampp different is his empathy for those he extends service to. More
