Another oil change We made an appointment for an oil change at 1:00 pm. We were promptly greeted in the reception area and ushered into the waiting area. The waiting area has a restaurant with surprisingly good food at reasonable prices, as well as free water. We waited about an hour. Our service Rep found us sitting reading our Kindles, using the dealership's wifi. Although a long wait, the environment is pleasant and the seating is comfortable. We return to the dealership for routine maintenance because we bought a maintenance policy, and wanted to assure that our maintenance efforts were documented by the dealership to fulfill the terms of the lease, and to have no excuse to not get oil changes and other services done since we had already paid for them. Bringing the vehicle to the dealership also allows us to keep up with any recalls or other service issues. Kyle Lampp did a great job dealing with us, listening to our issues about the bells and whistles in the computerized cabin that we for the most part don't use and don't care whether or not updates are available. More
