Kyle Lampp was very thorough. I had come for my first maintenance and asked if my oil was at 15% yet. I am not a car person so he explained. My car wasn't ready for an oil change and explained that this maintenance and asked if my oil was at 15% yet. I am not a car person so he explained. Took my Civic in to have the AC looked at. Everyone at the service center was very attentive and made sure they fully understood my concerns.
