Frankmans was awful to work with and definitely took advantage of me. They sold me a car with many problems, and then tried to get me to pay out of pocket for repairs. In the 6 months I have owned my advantage of me. They sold me a car with many problems, and then tried to get me to pay out of pocket for repairs. In the 6 months I have owned my Ford Explorer, I have had to take it to service 6 times. I finally took the car to MY mechanic, where they told me the people at the dealership where taking advantage of me. They also gave me a list of things that were STILL needing repairs. After speaking with sales and service managers, I was able to get my vehicle completely fixed, but still paid $200+ out of pocket. Communicating with staff was very difficult, and everyone at service was rude, EXCEPT for Kyle. Kyle was very good at communicating and keeping me updated. Everyone else at service was very rude and off putting. The seemed to be always in a bad mood, and like coming into their shop was a bother. There was little to no friendliness, and they gave me a few loaners that seemed to be needing quite a bit of upkeep themselves. As for Mike, the salesman, he completely ghosted me once all paperwork was signed. He continued to dodge my calls and messages, to the point where I had to reach out to the sales manager. After such a hassle, I wish I would have gone elsewhere. More
