The employees are very professional and helpful. Most other MB Dealership have more than just coffee and water in tge waiting. Most have other soft drinks and snacks. delt with this place for ten years. Made several calls to get the price of oil change. NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY Call. tried on line chat; They couldnt answer my query but would get b Made several calls to get the price of oil change. NO ONE EVER RETURNED MY Call. tried on line chat; They couldnt answer my query but would get back to me...never did. On the third day i got a quote over the phone for $200.00. when I got to the dealership, they said the cheapest service was $600. and up! Finally got with the service manager and told him my story. He reluctantly agreed to the price i was quoted. Next time Jiffy-Lube!!! More
