I had a really bad recent experience at another dealer and Kyle and everyone at Byers were very welcoming and knowledgeable. I’ve had a couple bad experiences with buying at a dealership and everyone I came into contact with was very helpful and friendly. I have a lot of tattoos because I am a tattoo artist and I tend to get treated like I have no money or that I’m just wasting peoples time at most dealers. Kyle was super helpful and honest and very down to earth. I didn’t feel like I was dealing with a saleman or robot I felt like he understood my points and worked with me on getting my numbers where I wanted them and a trade value that I was comfortable with and he was genuinely easy nice dude to talk to. The finance manager was awesome too. We talked about everything and he wasn’t super pushy about a service warranty or overly selling me xxxx I didn’t want. I appreciate when a salesman give me the option to get things I want and not pushy on the things I’m not really into. They gave me all the knowledge I needed to make my choices and I didn’t feel pressure either way. I am beyond happy with my purchase and I will buy from Byers again. Thank you all very much for restoring my faith buying a new car from a dealer. More
