I liked the smaller dealership experience as well. Kyle even took us out personally to meet Brian in the service department. And knowing I had a deadline to meet for a commitment, he gave me his contact info before I drove off and I felt he sincerely meant it when he said I could contact him any time with questions. That meant a lot to me, considering with the awesome features on my new Mazda, I just may have a few! More
