Kyle was great Kyle made our search for a vehicle fun and stress-free. He was open to our needs and not pushy at all. In the end we ended up going with a vehicle at Kyle made our search for a vehicle fun and stress-free. He was open to our needs and not pushy at all. In the end we ended up going with a vehicle at another location due to another vehicle that better fit our criteria. In the used car market you end up chasing the vehicle rather than a specific dealership or salesperson. But I would recommend anyone to work with Kyle. His manager Justin was also helpful in working with us. More

Great experience I bought my brand new 2018 Mazda 3 at Russ Darrow and I can confidently say it was a great experience. I worked with Kyle who was patient in letting m I bought my brand new 2018 Mazda 3 at Russ Darrow and I can confidently say it was a great experience. I worked with Kyle who was patient in letting me try multiple Mazda models before I decided on the Grand touring version of the Mazda 3 hatchback. The management was also very helpful throughout the process. I would recommend Russ Darrow and Kyle if you are car shopping! More

Fantastic service I worked with Kyle at the mazda location. The vehicle I purchased was a trade in and was not a make they normally sell, however Kyle was able to make I worked with Kyle at the mazda location. Drama free purchase I called in advance and spoke to Oscar to verify that the car I found on autotrader was still on the lot. It was, and Oscar had it moved to the front parking area by the time I arrived (good first impression). Unfortunately, Oscar wasn't available when I arrived and I kind of wandered a bit until Clay greeted me and handed me the keys. I knew walking in the door that if the car drove well, was equipped as advertised and was in near-perfect condition, that this would be a purchase. It did, it was, and it was, so I was ready to buy when I came back from the test drive (solo, which surprised me a little). When I got back, Oscar was still busy with other people and again I wandered a bit, not sure how the sales group handles call-in clients. I killed some time with Kyle (nice guy) until Oscar showed up and we got down to it. If you've never shopped for cars online (cars.com, autotrader, kbb, etc.) before, you should know there's rarely any negotiation on price. I made a halfhearted effort at it, but I was fine with the listed price on this car already, otherwise I wouldn't have gone to look at it. The online price was discounted over $5k from the sticker already, so.... yeah. Don't EVER buy a car without first checking for an online listing. Anyway, Oscar made the dealership-required pitch for extended warranty, paint protection, etc., but I've heard all that before and shut him down as nicely as I could. But truly, we could've been done in 5 minutes. I emailed him my pre-approval letter from my phone and he took it off to the business manager, Allison. Then.... we - Kyle and Oscar and I - sat and swapped stories. Again, nice guys to sit and visit with (a couple beers would have gone well right about now) but the wait time for a pre-approved loan seemed excessive. Allison/Oscar did come back to me with another loan package with a slightly lower rate, but it would have put another hard ping on my credit report and would have resulted in a whopping $5/mo decrease in payment. And, I'm thinking at the time, an even longer wait. Pass. Once I got to Allison, things moved quickly and I dutifully scribbled my signature on probably a half-ream of paper (Allison is VERY thorough), thinking mainly of getting out the door and on with my day. Everyone was friendly and professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to call Oscar for another car. But, I can't help but thinking that the whole process took way too long considering I already knew which car I wanted and was pre-approved. Maybe it was that it was a Saturday, but honestly, the dealership didn't look that busy to justify the amount of time it took to complete the sale. More
