We had a very good experience at Liberty Subaru. Kyle Commorato was wonderful, he took his time explaining everything to us, and even with our test drive it was calm experience. This is the most honest, efficient, and pleasant dealership I've ever worked with. Kyle found me multiple options that met my asks and then provided me a timely, fair, honest price for the purchase dealership I've ever worked with. Kyle found me multiple options that met my asks and then provided me a timely, fair, honest price for the purchase of my new Certified Pre-Owned Subaru, as well as on my trade-in. I spoke to no less than half a dozen other dealerships in depth about nearly the same vehicle but Kyle was the only salesman to provide the information I asked for quickly and accurately - and an added benefit I never felt pressured and he kept in touch without hounding via multiple touches, on multiple formats, multiple times a day like the others. When I said let's do the deal there was no bait and switch, no surprises, nothing to cause a knot in my stomach - something I can't say the same of for the other two dealerships I walked into ready to purchase from earlier in the week (keys, title, cleaned out trade-in in hand.) I told Kyle I wanted to do the deal, site-unseen, we spoke mid morning and by that night I drove off the lot in my new Subaru. Of course not without a lovely discussion, tour, and test drive of my car with the site delivery specialist, Pietro, and the even more pleasant, wonderful, honest (apparently they do exist!) finance/business manager Rob. Not only do I hope to continue to do business with this dealership, I previously didn't know existed, but I will also be sure to send anyone I know looking for a Subaru to them as well! More

We just left Liberty Subaru and I must say - it went nothing like I expected. From reading reviews of several dealerships I was sure I had found the one for our next family car. I made sure to get pre- nothing like I expected. From reading reviews of several dealerships I was sure I had found the one for our next family car. I made sure to get pre-approved for financing through Chase. We reached out about a Forester we were very interested in purchasing. Scheduled a test drive for this morning at 9:30am. Woke up early - and even hired a babysitter for our child so that my husband and I could both test drive before purchasing. When we arrived - barely anyone acknowledged us but finally someone did ask who we were there to see - they brought our sales guy over - Kyle. Kyle is new - you can tell that much but he was super kind. We tested all of the features of the 2020 Subaru - and test drove. It was a pleasant experience thus far. We pull back into Liberty Subaru lot and a guy screams at Kyle "You didnt see my text!!!" and proceeds to berate him within ear shot about how the car was on hold. Prior to this we were planning on a hassle free purchase of this car. We decide we will go inside while this is going on - 10 minutes later Kyle comes to us and tells us that car is on a hold and no one knew hence why we were able to take it on a test drive but that it is no longer available. Incredulous we ask if the hold is permanent and he says yes. He hands us a sheet of what they have that is comparable - but they are all 5k + higher than the car we had just driven. We tell him no thank you and he says okay and that's that. We still aren't sure if this was a tactic to get us to buy a higher priced car OR if it was because my husband is black. I'm still really unsure - and I wouldn't even think about racism playing a part except that there was a guy in the lobby wearing a Trump Make America Great again shirt and eyeing my husband up and down who was yacking it up with the sales guys. It made us so uncomfortable we stayed in the back corner. Alas - I'm blown away at the level of unprofessionalism shown by the man who was yelling at Kyle in addition to the fact that no one "knew" the car was on a hold and let us test drive AND the fact that not once did they try to offer us anything within that price range with comparable specs. Heck - they didn't even offer us a coffee. haha. I do not recommend this dealership. Obviously. More
