I am retired and was a Veteran that decided to look for a safe reliable used or new SUV. But I dreaded calling or going into Car Dealerships. Getting the high sales pressure and hassles of purchasing a car safe reliable used or new SUV. But I dreaded calling or going into Car Dealerships. Getting the high sales pressure and hassles of purchasing a car. So I did lot of research and knew exactly what Kia Sorento and color I wanted to purchase. I called different Dealerships and ask to speck to their sales manager. Many were not so friendly and seem just wanted to make a sale/ profit. Then called Emich Kia and feel blessed I spoke to sales manager -Mike Mutz. He was very friendly, personable and did not give me the high pressure sales speech. It seem he was interested in my needs and concerns. So after that conversation with Mike, I decided to go down to Emich Kia the next day. To actually check out and test drive the 2025 Kia Sorento. Mike was busy when I got to dealership. He explained that he was in middle helping another customer. He introduced me to Kyle Brown their Sales person. Kyle was friendly and asking him questions about the Kia Sorento. He was very knowledgeable and experienced with Kia Sorento. He took me for a test ride and explained all the high tech safety features of the Sorento. I was very impressed how Kyle seem more concern in helping find the right SUV for my needs. Instead of just making another sales/ profit from a retired person. Even when we went and sat at his desk. He took the time to explain the different ways to finance the Sorento. Making me feel with his experience and car experience. I was getting the best deal for me and my family. In initially specking to Mike the sales manager. Then Kyle - experienced sales person. I will definitely tell all my close friends and relatives to call Emich Kia for their next used or new vehicle. Aloha- Mike More

The vehicle was fine when I test drove it, but when I left the dealership after purchase, the tire inflation warning went off, along with a warning message about a fault in the parking break and also a n left the dealership after purchase, the tire inflation warning went off, along with a warning message about a fault in the parking break and also a need for service, The vehicle was sold as is, but I was told that it had new tires, passed the mechanical inspection, and was recently serviced. Disappointing to say the least. More

Kyle was amazing. He was highly educated on the car and helped us understand how the hybrid works. He spent time walking us through the controls on the car and how to He was highly educated on the car and helped us understand how the hybrid works. He spent time walking us through the controls on the car and how to charge it. He had a great personality and sense of humor. He even helped detail it because they were short handed. And when I locked the keys in the car, he went over and above to call the security company and set up the app on my phone. More

Kyle was informative and very, very helpful in providing anything we needed. Since I was out-of-state, during the sales process, Kyle provided pictures and a video of the inside and outside of the part anything we needed. Since I was out-of-state, during the sales process, Kyle provided pictures and a video of the inside and outside of the particular EV9 GT-Line we wanted to buy. When it was time to pick up the EV9, Kyle went over the vehicle orientation with my wife there and at times with me over FaceTime. He was great to work with. Everyone at Emich Kia was so accommodating. Since the EV9 was going to be registered in another state, there were various items, like sales tax and auto registration with the other state, that Emich Kia had to coordinate and deal with. The General Sales Manager, Ryan Meyers, was amazing. Not only did he answer my several texts, emails, and calls, but he also kept me informed on the purchase process and provided me with anything I needed. The Finance Manager, Rob Seski, was great to work with, too. He explained several extra options available to me, along with providing paperwork describing those options in detail that I could read before making various decisions. One day, when Rob was at home on his day off, I texted him with a question. Even though all the paperwork was completed and his job of processing the paperwork was over, he called me and graciously answered my question. My wife flew into Denver on a Thursday night, and the next morning met all three individuals, Kyle, Ryan, and Rob, at the dealership. They were so nice. I had asked that morning for a current video of the vehicle, including a video of the undercarriage. They texted me a current video of the EV9's undercarriage and kept the EV9 on a rack so my wife could inspect the undercarriage. What service!!!! I have been buying vehicles for 50 years and can honestly say I have never experienced such accommodating service, professionalism, and truly exceptional treatment from any other dealership as I had received from Emich Kia. Emich Kia's approach is the gold/platinum standard that other dealerships should model after. I highly recommend Emich Kia! More
