Yes, buying a car from a dealer face-to-face (NOT FROM A WEBSITE) can still be enjoyable. I give Sherry Overhoff and Mungenast Lexus 5 stars! Just picked up my 2024 GX. While my delivery schedule changed several times, due to my schedule changes, Kyle was able to accommodate us and very knowledgeable. Things went s While my delivery schedule changed several times, due to my schedule changes, Kyle was able to accommodate us and very knowledgeable. Things went smoothly. Thanks Kyle. When the Finance Department took us to the delivery bay......there we waited and waited and waited for a Delivery Specialist. I had to located Kyle, and he got us someone immediately. There is a lot of technology that comes with this vehicle. The first Delivery Specialist left a lot to be desired. He didn't know how to use the dashcam, and didn't even have directions printed out to bring with him. I asked him to get back with me......seven days later I still haven't heard from him. He didn't know that the drivers seat need to be calibrated because it kept beeping at me. This is something that the dealer should have done before I got there. I had to make a return trip back to the dealership for the driver seat issue and the navigation screen that went into dark mode on its own and for no reason. I didn't want to turn the car off because I wanted someone to actually see it. While waiting, I parked in the shade at the very end of the service drive. Twice someone from service came out and tried to get me to park in the hot sun for 25 minutes while I waited. Nancy (Delivery Specialist) sat in the car with us and went through a few things trying to get the drivers seat set up. She soon realized that the seat needed to be calibrated. She also went through a few other things including the dashcam. While this was her first one, she actually got it working. The navigation screen reset, but we will need to keep an eye on it. More

I love my Lexus. My grand daughter calls it my forever car. Knowledgeable 90% -If Kyle didn't know the answer, he got back to you promptly with a response, but overall he knew his i hospitality was excellent. Availability 100% Negotiation 70% - Not very willing/able to negotiate price as our experience has been with past vehicle purchases. Kyle and Rob made it happen, though.
