One reason I bought this car was because of the great service and support and that continues to be wonderful on each visit. I did have a warning light come on after visit for AEB, it said malfunction, b service and support and that continues to be wonderful on each visit. I did have a warning light come on after visit for AEB, it said malfunction, but it has not occurred since. The only thing still pending is the replacement of my hood due to a paint defect, will follow up with service on status and options for transportation while my car is at the body shop. More

I lease my Nissan Rogue from this dealership because of the excellent service department. The appointment for an oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection was easy to make. You found and removed a mouse nest while changing my cabin filter (great job!), however when I got home I noticed that a plastic trim piece was cracked near the glove compartment. It is hidden when the cabin filter (great job!), however when I got home I noticed that a plastic trim piece was cracked near the glove compartment. It is hidden when the passenger door is closed, but is very noticeable when the door is open. I believe this trim is removed during the filter replacement. I'm disappointed that this was not brought to my attention. I would like to have the trim piece replaced. Overall I really like the service that Matthews provides, and normally would give them 5 stars' this time only 2. More
