I have been a Toyota driver over 3o years. After going in and meeting with Kurt he made the transition super easy. I told him what I was looking for and he made it happen. We have been happy with the new ownership and service. We were especially happy and delighted to see Tom Boyer back in the service department. We saw him when he came back in February 2024. The other service members have been very professional and helpful. We are pari to Tom Boyer because he was our go to service person for so many years at this Dealership under multiple names/ownerships. We will continue to bring our Equinox in for service as needed. I wasn't going to respond to the survey requests because I don't have anything good to say. However you keep sending me these requests so now you're going to get it. My sales guy Kurt was a good dude. T I don't have anything good to say. However you keep sending me these requests so now you're going to get it. My sales guy Kurt was a good dude. That's the last time I'll use good when referring to the dealership. Long story short, the GM, John Guido, parades's dog around the showroom and doesn't appear to give a xxxx about his customers . Their Corvette inspection program failed miserably. Right after walking out of the last office to pick up my car I was notified it would be another 4 days before they could give it to me due to a software download problem. Anyway several failed inspection points later I now choose to go to a different dealership for service on this vehicle. Hit me up if you want any more information but since they keep bugging me now you got the scoop More
