I would love to go to this dealer to get my major work done, but the service prices are extremely high. I have a 2009 Chevy Cobalt SS with a trade in value of $5500. I needed my timing chain changed and y done, but the service prices are extremely high. I have a 2009 Chevy Cobalt SS with a trade in value of $5500. I needed my timing chain changed and your guys quoted me $3600. When you look online the average price for the work should be between $950 and $1500. If your service center told me $1500 I would have gotten you guys to do the work. More

While my truck was in its care, an employee took my vehicle on a 490-mile joyride. The employee smoked in my truck and then CRASHED it! To add insult to injury, Chris Ourisman terminated my rental and only means of transportation on December 23, 2022, two days before Christmas, leaving me and my 10-year-old daughter stranded for the holidays! Although my vehicle is still under manufacturer's warrantee, Ourisman took my rental without providing a loaner, dishonoring the agreement that dealerships have with GM. Ourisman has left me without means of transportation to get to work, run errands and travel for the holidays! I just paid a $700 car payment and car insurance for a vehicle that Ourisman crashed and has sitting in its lot along with all of its many other cars, but leadership saw fit to take the ONE and only car that I depended on to sustain my daughter and I and our livelihood! According to Ourisman's lawyer, Ourisman has begun imposing a storage fee as of Monday, December 19, 2022 for housing my damaged vehicle, even though they are the one responsible for the damage! Every level of leadership within the Ourisman Automotive Group has displayed a total disregard of me as a customer and has shown nothing but unfair business practices and corporate bullying tactics, like its imposition of storage fees on a vehicle that they crashed! Ourisman will say one thing and then change it up when requested to have its words put in writing. The only thing Ourisman has committed to put in writing are insulting offers that are not viable options. Ourisman offered to fix my car. However, I would NEVER trust them to do anything for me EVER in life! In addition to fixing my car, the General Manager said the dealership wouldn't report it as being crashed unless I wanted to do so. My vehicle sustained major damage. Therefore, his suggestion to not report this information shows Ourisman's level of dishonest business practices! The second option presented to me was that Ourisman would pay $4K towards damages if I want it repaired elsewhere. However, repair costs are over $8K in order to fix my truck properly. Under this option, I would be responsible to pay the $4K difference. Ourisman's final offer was to purchase my truck for $1K less than what I owe. I would have to give Ourisman $1K towards their buyback option and I would still be left without transportation! Ourisman's customer service is abysmal, its business acumen infantile at best, and its rogue behavior is pervasive from the bottom to the top! Although I can't attest to the moral fortitude of the Ourisman Founders, the new kids on the block will drive both its legacy and company straight to the bone yard!
