James worked patiently with me even though I accidentally didn't show up for a weekend appointment. When I did call to reschedule, he graciously accepted my apology and set a new appointment. After the tes didn't show up for a weekend appointment. When I did call to reschedule, he graciously accepted my apology and set a new appointment. After the test drive, he showed me other color options to ensure I had chosen the color I liked best, and described in general how the hybrid works. Later, he discussed the financing options and introduced me to Krystie for final processing. I have had to call James a few times after I took the car home. He has always been patient and offers to answer a question. As this is my first hybrid, I have many questions, which he has fielded kindly. He has been a wonderful representative of the Alfo Romeo product. More

He knew we were crunched for time and he was able to finalize everything while still providing quality customer service. Financing was a breeze. We had worked with Krystie in finance when we purchase the Alfa Romeo in 2019 and really enjoyed her support and ability to walk us through everything. We worked with Krystie again for the Maserati purchase, and she did not disappoint. She's very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the products and process.
