I put a deposit down on a GR corolla in April 22. I was 40th in line at the time. The dealership contacted me a few times along the way until one day they notified me that my position was #2 in line I was 40th in line at the time. Sometime in March 23, Adolfo contacted me and told me my corolla was allocated it would be weeks away. It all happened so fast at this point and I drove home in my new car a couple of weeks later. I received it at a fair msrp price. They proactively made sure not to drill in the front bumper. I wasn’t even thinking about that but you should still request it if that is your plan. I had a few questions after the fact about the sales contract I signed. Krystal and David were able to assist me and give me peace of mind. It was my first ever car purchase from a dealer and I wish I took my time to understand things before I signed. Fortunately, they turned out to be an honest dealership and did not take advantage of me. You should still do your due diligence and tread carefully no matter who you deal with. I got a few add ons and protection contracts during financing but I had second thoughts about it after leaving the lot. The cancellation/refund process for that was painless. I am thankful for that. I would definitely consider Toyota cedar park again if I was in the market for a new car. The 3 hour drive for me to find an honest dealership was worth it. More

I bought my new 2020 Toyota 4 runner on December 23rd, 2019. The salesperson Jose Luis Mackintosh was very professional and nice. Me and my husband were happy with this dealer. The reason I gave only two star was, THERE WAS NO FLOOR MATS & INTERIOR PROTECTION ACCESSORIES AT ALL IN MY BRAND NEW CAR. I trust Cedar Park Toyota as a reputable car dealer. That was why I did not check. Missing Floor mats was never a thought that crossed my mind. I did not drive that car due to Covid for a year. Only realized this problem in March 2021. Again, I choose to believe Cedar Park Toyota, waited to talk with my car salesperson Jose in on May 29th, 2021 during my car service there. Jose talked with the management, soon a lady came and told me, they order the floor mats for me, once it arrives, they will call me. I was so thankful at that time and wait patiently. From May 29th till today, I tried so hard to convince myself to wait. However, what should I do? Keep waiting, Keep trusting them? Or should I be responsible to let everyone be aware this? ****************** Update: on the very second day of my original post. Krystal Noland called me and promised to take care of my issue personally. Now I have the FLOOR MATS and INTERIOR ASSESSARIES. I really appreciate how Cedar Park Dealership handled my issue.
