Thru the purchasing process I found her to be extremely knowledgeable about the products she sells, and she is more than happy to share this information. This purchase, dealing with Bailey, was one of the best and easiest car buying experiences I have ever had. Not only is Bailey very knowledgeable but she has a wonderful personality, nothing phony or put on with her. She is a truly down to earth, easy to talk to, young lady. If you want an easy enjoyable car buying experience look up Bailey. NO-I do not know Bailey personally, This is a genuine review of a buying experience. The sales person was incredibly rude and impersonal. We were stuck there for hours while nothing was being accomplished. He claimed his manager manager was to blame. Was completely disappointed by the time I got back to central oregon the sunroof stopped working and found out the buttons on the rear seat controls don't work and a rip in the ceiling none of this was i central oregon the sunroof stopped working and found out the buttons on the rear seat controls don't work and a rip in the ceiling none of this was in the ad when I called was told though xxxx you're on your own i think you guys need to do a more thorough job of checking out the cars and placing that info in the ad's drove 5 hrs to get there will not be buying another car though your dealerships. Car buying experience was definitely better than most I’ve had. Bailey and Krystal made a great effort to be sure we had the paperwork we needed to file for the EV tax credit next year, even though it w I’ve had. Bailey and Krystal made a great effort to be sure we had the paperwork we needed to file for the EV tax credit next year, even though it was a new procedure for them. The reason I gave a 3-star rating was because this dealership, like many (if not all) advertises one price for a vehicle and then charges you an additional $1500 (or whatever, don’t remember exactly) for a protective sealant they have already applied. This is deceptive advertising, in my opinion, forcing you to pay for something you didn’t ask for and wouldn’t have said yes to had you been asked. To their credit, at least they did remove that extra charge when we objected. More
