I have in the past brought my car in to their service department, but now it was to buy. Krystal Bergman was fantastic with her knowledge of their vehicle stock and was extremely helpful and courteous with my shopping experience. As a result, I left there with a new vehicle, and very satisfied from start to finish. Having been involved with sales in the past, one important aspect of a business is the rapport with the customer and follow up. Krystal did it all. Worth the trip- Excellent Service - In 7:30pm and out 9:20pm Island Kia went above my expectation for excellent service from the Internet Representative (Christine), to the Sales Representative (Krystal), the Ma Island Kia went above my expectation for excellent service from the Internet Representative (Christine), to the Sales Representative (Krystal), the Manager and Finance Director. Using True Car I found out that Island Kia had a Kia Soul + that I was looking for. I arrived at the dealer at 7:30 pm, met with Krystal who was friendly and professional. She showed me the car, which just came off the truck - went for a test drive and decided to purchase the car. The car had just arrived to the dealer and was not logged into the inventory. The Manager ran my credit, entered the car, while Krystal prepared all the documents including contacting Geico. Staff explained each step and made the car buying experience simple and easy to understand. I highly recommend Island Kia, It's staff and look forward to purchasing another vehicle from this location. More

I finally found a sales consultant that was sincere My most recent search for a new car involved extensive research into many brands and I dealt with many sales consultants. I also spoke with many KIA s My most recent search for a new car involved extensive research into many brands and I dealt with many sales consultants. I also spoke with many KIA sales staff but found most of them to not be good listeners and really didn't care about my specific needs. This changed when we met Krystal Bergmann. She listened, was attentive, knowledgeable about the cars and very proactive in getting us the car we wanted for the price we wanted, considerate of my time and had the car available quickly. She cared about customer service, not just making a sale like others do. This includes other sales staff at Island Kia. Customers, like me , expect and respect honesty from a car dealer. This was a positive experience and would recommend her to anyone looking for a KIA. I will soon be in need of an SUV to replace my expiring lease. I will see Krystal if we consider a KIA Sportage.
