Aslan and the service team are the reason we continue to buy Volvo cars. Aslan is the most dedicated, hardest working salesman I have ever worked with. My key quit working one day. Earlier this month I visited Volvo OKC service department to get a new key fob for my 11 year old Volvo S80. I only had 1 key fob so it was important for me to have a second one. I spoke with Kristina who wa to get a new key fob for my 11 year old Volvo S80. I only had 1 key fob so it was important for me to have a second one. I spoke with Kristina who was friendly and professional and she quoted a price of $400.00. We set appointment and dropped car off. After waiting 90 minutes Kristina came to me in waiting area and stated they could NOT program a new key fob. She stated I needed NEW software in order to get new key and gave me a New typed estimate well over $1000 to get new software and key fob and if I wanted this done I could make new appointment. I politely declined service and explained that the cat is 11 years old and not worth investing that much for an extra key fob. My 1 key fob I had worked fine and I mentioned that to a another friend who had a Volvo. He suggested I take to dealership in Dallas. I called a Volvo dealership in Frisco TXand made appointment. I proceeded and had my car serviced for new key fob at Crest Volvo and they had NO problem getting new key fob programmed my cost $400.00 I even asked them were there any issues with my soft ware on my car. They stated no and programming went fine and was in and out of dealership in 75 minutes with NEW key fob in hand. As far as Volvo OKC is concerned. I had no issues with Kristina. She was professional and friendly and she was quoting me only what her “certified” mechanics had told her. But having certified mechanics telling me of required service not needed is either. Deceitful and dis honest or a department not qualified to do such repairs. Sadly I will take my car for service to Dallas that 3 hrs away than to use this dealership. Not only that I am in process of possibly buying a 2nd Volvo for my wife in next 6 weeks. It obviously won’t be at Volvo OKC. I am not sure if I am an isolated incident because they have had past great reputation. But sadly my opinion and review is not a good one More

Great experience. Debbie wanted what I wanted which was to find the car for me - not make a sale or get a car off the lot. Jeremy was on top of it and even discovered an oversight in the paperwork which sa to find the car for me - not make a sale or get a car off the lot. Service Department Experience I have used the OKC/Edmond Volvo Service Center for almost 14 years and have only had good experiences. Kristina and Kris both are fabulous to deal with, keep you informed during the process, offer great solutions, etc. Just got my car back yesterday after major work and this morning Kristina texted to make sure I was satisfied. And to the guys in the shop that work hard to make sure my car stays in great shape, thank you! You are the ones making it happen... There is a reason I keep coming back. Kristina a breath of fresh air! After 2 days of driving 10 hours a day, 80 miles out of Oklahoma City, 8 o’clock at night, a strange noise started coming from my engine. While waiting on a tow truck I spoke with a very nice and helpful gal who said it would be ok to get my car towed to Volvo Cars of Oklahoma City. The service department opened at 7:30 am. When I called I spoke with Kristina immediately and she reassured me that she going to take care of me and that she did! From the start, I felt at ease, she gave me up to date notices while also giving me choices instead of telling me what they were going to do. The service department was able to get me back on the road at noon the next day. I couldn’t be more thankful for Kristina. More
