This is actually my second car purchased from OKC Volvo. My adviser,JennaPowell and Jerry Scott sales manager, were both knowledgeable & helpful in assisting me in picking out the right model to fit my need My adviser,JennaPowell and Jerry Scott sales manager, were both knowledgeable & helpful in assisting me in picking out the right model to fit my needs.Once the model was chosen Jerry was great at helping me decide on options,color,etc. Picking my car up was so exciting and Cynthia and Jerry made it a very special moment.(Cynthia was covering for Jenna who was out secondary to surgery)complete with red cover and big,white bow!Then Cynthia spent a LOT of time with me setting up all the apps,syncing my phone,and trying to explain how this very smart car worked.She knows her stuff and was really patient with me.I am not a techie person and she really did a great job of explaining the ins & outs of the car.I had to bug her the next day because of an issue and she walked me through the solution.So,Volvo OKC,you get high marks from me! I will also add that the service department has always been great at taking care of my previous vehicle.Kristine & Micheal are both terrific. More

Volvo is an automobile that you aspire t environment, with a 5 STAR product. What a great purchasing experience I had at Volvo Cars of Oklahoma City. Volvo is an automobile that you aspire to/for, and make the commitment to ownership. Elegant, quiet, functional dealership environment that made me feel comfortable and relaxed. Interestingly, those same words can also be said about the drive, looks, and feel of a Volvo vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was courteous, professional, and respectful. Kristina Parsons, Service Advisor, was whom I spoke with months before my actual purchase to get technical assistance on a private party Volvo I wanted to purchase. But she was so sharp, knowledgeable (she really knows her stuff), and respectful; and then said "Sir, if you are looking for a Volvo you should stop by or call our dealership and speak with our sales manager. They will treat you with respect, and help you find a vehicle. " Well, that statement combined with her great customer service sold me on this dealership. The overall purchase was smooth and, actually, enjoyable. I very much enjoy driving my Volvo XC60, and what I also enjoy is pulling up to a stop light where there are other cars, and because Volvo vehicles are so unique, you will not see a dozen of your vehicle at that stop light, or a parking lot. Nice work Volvo Cars of Oklahoma City. This is the start of a long lasting relationship. I brought the car in for a sunroof issue and an I brought the car in for a sunroof issue and an alignment. Well, the sunroof issues caused damage to the seal and scratched the roof of the car. With the alignment I felt it was still not right even tho the tech drove the car with me in it and explained to me that was as good as it was going to be because Volvo’s just pull. Well, I took it to FIRESTONE and they aligned it… problem solved!! Now we were told when we bought this vehicle that service loaners were available when the car was being serviced. I asked specifically because I will not buy a vehicle from a dealership that doesn’t have a loaner program. When I come to schedule the service I am told they don’t have any loaners for me because they have all been sold and that my oil change will only take an hour. So the next day after I processed the information I scheduled the service. Two things at this point… I went across the street to look at bmw because I’m done with Volvo service… BMW gave me a loaner to drive while Volvo had my car in service. I think it is obvious who appreciates my past business and truly wants to earn my future business. Side note… Volvo service had my car from 9:45am until 2pm!! More

We driving from Utah home to Alabama and the rear shocks on our Volvo S60 began leaking. The closest dealership, in Albuquerque, told us they couldn't get the parts for several days. But they called Volvo C on our Volvo S60 began leaking. The closest dealership, in Albuquerque, told us they couldn't get the parts for several days. But they called Volvo Cars OKC, a day's drive away and on our way home, and found that they could get them sooner. Kristina at Volvo OKC had the parts ordered and they arrived the morning after we got into OKC. We made ourselves at home in the dealership, which was very comfortable, and Kristina told us she hoped to have us on our way by 2:30. We were out the door a little after 2. Without her help we would have been spending several extra days in Albuquerque rather than heading home. And when we got the car back, not only did it drive like new again, but it had been washed and vacuumed -- even with two weeks' worth of luggage and other stuff in the car. We couldn't ask for better service and if we lived in OKC we'd definitely get our Volvo serviced there. Kristina rescued our vacation. More
