Service writer gets an Excellent. My only complaints (if it rises to even that level) are the car was returned with grease on the front bumper (which the service person was able to My only complaints (if it rises to even that level) are the car was returned with grease on the front bumper (which the service person was able to remove, but should not be her job). Someone in the shop should at least walk around the vehicle before it is presented back to the customer. There was over $800 of service recommendations from the shop. Upon research, virtually all of these were recommended by Honda at or over 30,000 miles. My vehicle has a bit less than 22,000 miles on it. Again, not the service departments job. Technicians need to make the timing more clear, OR, the form for the client could be more clear as to urgency. More

My experience with Germain Honda has been excellent from the sales department to the service department. I’m always greeted with smiles and warmth. These people are wonderful. Conner Brandtman was my fir the sales department to the service department. I’m always greeted with smiles and warmth. These people are wonderful. Conner Brandtman was my first encounter and I was very impressed by him, his knowledge of my choice of vehicle was amazing. His enthusiasm is infectious and makes the experience fun. Next I met Montana Boone, another great person. She was willing to do all that she could to make me happy with my purchase. I paid cash for my CR V so I didn’t have much to do with the finance department but the brief time it took to sign all the papers was efficient . Returned to the service department recently to take care of a recall. My experience there was also impressive. Bottom line? Germain Honda will be my go to car dealership from now on due to their honesty, efficiency and the people that work there. More
