Not friendly ,very rude(Steve) or (Stephon) forgot his name! Doesn't call to give you any information while your car is in service , you have to keep calling up there ! Doesnt do everything their job cons name! Doesn't call to give you any information while your car is in service , you have to keep calling up there ! Doesnt do everything their job consist of , half do it ! The only one that is nice is Brittany ! If I have to take my car back to the dealership, I only want to deal with Brittany ! She communicates while your car in service and all the above ! More
