This was my first purchase ever and it was the best experience because best people assisted me. Especially Ms. Dee was very helpful in giving me all the insights and suggestions. She went ahead and offered me with discounts too, If I may say it out. They have the best customer service as I have been to other showrooms too, but this was a great experience. The process was hastle free and they kept the car just like sparkling. I highly reccommend this dealership and especially Ms. Dee, she was genuine, honest and wonderful. Excellent service from customer service to technicians! They did tell me that my service would take time and offered a courtesy car. I declined as i didn't mind waiting. They kept me informed the services performed and any issues found during inspection. The staff is very pleasant. I am very satisfied with the services received. I will return in about 2 months for an oil change. More

The only thing that upset me was the fact that the service writer didn’t order the right tire size. This happened on Monday, when I took it in Weds for a 9:15 appointment, it took them 4&1/2 hours to service writer didn’t order the right tire size. This happened on Monday, when I took it in Weds for a 9:15 appointment, it took them 4&1/2 hours to realize they ordered the wrong size. I had to travel over 200 miles the next day so I had to use the tire that was leaking air. They just need to be more thorough.. have the Armada pro4x the tires are larger. The people were very nice and apologetic and that goes a long way More
