I drove all the way downn from Alaska to purchase a new Hummer they had on the lot. I was greeted by a tall drink of water with a beautiful accent named Jonathan Arante, who asked us if we needed any food Hummer they had on the lot. I was greeted by a tall drink of water with a beautiful accent named Jonathan Arante, who asked us if we needed any food or drinks after such a long drive. We have never had service like this before and were blown away by the complete vehicle demonstration. These guys were so top notch!! To top things off we even had a visit from the GM Jamie Warren thanking us for our business. (Super Handsome I might add). I have never felt so good spending 6 Figures in my life! Thank you to Everyone at Jim Ellis Cadillac!!! More

Try to get in contact with accountant general manager no one return phone calls. They sent my payoff check to the wrong bank trying to get it rectify. I live in Kissimmee, Fla. I get my medical care in Atlanta, Ga. at Emory. I had a bone marrow transplant I had MDS. Beginning Phase of Luchemia.. I say that to say this they I get my medical care in Atlanta, Ga. at Emory. I had a bone marrow transplant I had MDS. Beginning Phase of Luchemia.. I say that to say this they at JIM Ellis they honored my contract I had on my tires of which one now had a nail on it. After awhile Got me a driver to take me to and back for lunch. I can recommend the care and concern for the staff at Jim Elllis. It’s not what someone says that counts but what they do. At 76 years young I so appreciate when things are done right. I had a flat tire on the I285 Expressway . Jim Ellis Cadillac helped me and my elderly mother.
