Excellent Customer Service I absolutely love RC Hill Mitsubishi. They are always on top of everything and have excellent customer service. I had to go in for a recall on my 2010 I absolutely love RC Hill Mitsubishi. They are always on top of everything and have excellent customer service. I had to go in for a recall on my 2010 Outlander and they also did my tire rotation and oil change. They send me an email of everything they did and found as well as hand me the explanation. Very good first service experience The sales experience a few months ago was very good, and I just had the first service done on my 2015 Mirage. I made an appointment for a Saturday mor The sales experience a few months ago was very good, and I just had the first service done on my 2015 Mirage. I made an appointment for a Saturday morning, they took it right in and had it finished before I could finish eating breakfast at a restaurant down the street. The people have been very courteous on every visit. So far, probably the best experience I've ever had with a car dealer (and I've had many!). On a side note, the Mirage gets really good gas mileage but I found, with a recent fill up of non-ethanol gas, it did even better. I had been averaging around 42 MPG for my daily commute, with the non-ethanol tank I was getting around 47 MPG. More

Last Service I have bought 2 vehicles from R.C. Hill and would recommend them to my family & friends. Their service department is always accommodating and friendly I have bought 2 vehicles from R.C. Hill and would recommend them to my family & friends. Their service department is always accommodating and friendly. Barbara and Kristian run a tight ship there. I could take my vehicle to anyone but wouldn't for the simple fact is they always get me in and out quickly and with a smile. I'm in the service industry and so quick and friendly service is important to me. Would suggest everyone go there and give them a try and they will see what I mean!! More

Oil & Filter Change w/27 point inspection I would have given this a 5 star except the fact that after car being serviced I drove home and realized that the 27 point inspection was not attached I would have given this a 5 star except the fact that after car being serviced I drove home and realized that the 27 point inspection was not attached to my invoice. I drove back on Monday and spoke to Kristian Mazzoni who originally took care of me and said the report was sent to me in a form of a email message. So he told me to check my phone and I did - no message was there. So then we realized that R.C. Hill had the wrong email address for me. So Kristian was nice about it and for my trouble of having to return to the dealership he offered to wash my car and I gladly accepted. So I gave him my correct email address and he said it would be entered into their system and this should not happen again. More

At that time I was extremely impressed with the character and thoroughness of the sales people. Later when service was required I was even more impressed with the service crew, from Barbra to Kristen and all the techs.. After the untimely death of my wife RC and his people worked with me to trade the two vehicles for a new 2016 Outlander. Their assistance and compassion were first class, they worked with me as true professionals. Russell is the best there is and I consider him a true friend and not a salesman. More
