We discovered our 2020 Ford Explorer XLT RWD on Autotrader late afternoon on Easter Sunday, and by the next day, we were driving it home — in and out of the dealership before 1:00 PM with everything signed and the keys in hand. A big thank you as well to Kristian, the finance manager, who was instrumental in making the final steps of the transaction smooth and stress-free. He walked us through everything in detail, confirmed and validated each step, and really helped seal the bow on the entire experience. Calib was an amazing sales rep. He took the time to look for everything I wanted in a vehicle up until 9 PM at night. He had it pulled up and ready for me when I showed him.
