It was a very bad experience! I put 4000 down on a 19000 car and I ended owing 31000. I didn’t get any paper work until the next day, when I saw all those numbers I wanted to ca I put 4000 down on a 19000 car and I ended owing 31000. I didn’t get any paper work until the next day, when I saw all those numbers I wanted to cancel the deal and I was told no, I feel that they took advantage of an old man. Very disappointed. More

Kristen Krieg was the most professional and attentive product specialist regarding my interest in the new 2024 Hyundai Hybrid Sante Fe. I live in Illinois and was researching pricing between several deal product specialist regarding my interest in the new 2024 Hyundai Hybrid Sante Fe. I live in Illinois and was researching pricing between several dealerships in my state and with Webb Hyundai in Highland IN. She consistently stayed in contact with me via email and phone calls without pressuring me which was really appreciated. And even though I had received a lesser quote closer to home, she still followed up with me to see what she could do to try to match it or beat it. Out of all the Hyundai dealerships, Kristen was the only one who seemed genuinely concerned about the best price for my car purchase. If I didn't live over a hour away, I would have loved to try to worked the deal directly with her. I would still recommend Kristen to any of my friends or family who are looking for a car, she was such a pleasant and professional person to work with. More
