Sales Associate Edmund "JR" Rosado made closing a deal on a 2020 Chevy Trax with a trade in of my 2011 Kia Rio very easy for me. JR helped me fill out the paperwork. I am not very computer literate but JR walked me through the steps and took the pain out of the process. JR also gave me a tour of Zeigler Chevrolet so that I would be familiar with the different departments. Sales Manager Bobby Demery helped me to get financing that I could live with and Business Manager Josh Miller helped me to do all the financial paperwork. My wife is in a wheelchair and everyone helped make it easy for her too.
