The absolute worst service i have ever recieved from a dealership! I bought a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas from them in August of 2023 and i have had nothing but issues with the car. Although i got the warrant dealership! I bought a 2018 Volkswagen Atlas from them in August of 2023 and i have had nothing but issues with the car. Although i got the warranty on the vehicle, they still deny my claim on my motor needing to be rebuilt for minor build up. Tanner very boldly told me “well this is what happens when you buy used cars”. It was in and out of their shop many times leading up to February, and to the point where they told me to take it to Volkswagen because they are not skilled on the Volkswagen vehicles. My car has been in the Volkswagen shop since February 21st 2024 waiting for the go ahead on the repair for the vehicle. Volkswagen has told me several times that they have never seen a warranty deny a claim on such a minor amount of build up. I have been given the run around many many times from the service manager and cannot get a call back from the General Manager, Kris. I strongly advise everyone to stay clear from this dealership. They do not stand on their word, they do not follow through and they sold me a car with many many issues and will not fix them even when we purchased the warranty. I am a member of this community and im so saddened to see them take advantage of me and my family this way. I have made 8 payments on this car and it has barely been in my possession, let alone a safe car for me to drive. I have been told “that there is no point to keep calling because when they have answers for me they will call me”. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this dealership. More

Both my wife and me had a vey good experience with Freedom Dodge in Durant. Our salesman was David Goggans who was very knowledgeable about the 2018 Big Horn that we ended up buying. We met with Dalto Freedom Dodge in Durant. Our salesman was David Goggans who was very knowledgeable about the 2018 Big Horn that we ended up buying. We met with Dalton for the financing. He too was very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase. We also bought coverage for the Ram. My wife will possibly be looking soon for a new SUV so we will probably be checking again with Freedom Dodge at that time. I will point others towards Freedom when their looking for their next vehicle. More
